Vedant Global Exports and Imports (VGEI) is a Government of India recognized trading company based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. Nellore, is one of the main exporters of rice and spices in India. The city has Krishnapatanam Port which is becoming the largest automated port for exports and imports in South Asia and is India’s largest gateway in the East Coast. The city has a large potential for being a hub for trading due to multimodal connectivity (Road, Rail and Sea Port), Krishnapatanam Port handles approximately 45 million MT of cargo each year.

VGEI, primarily focuses on exports of a comprehensive range of products covered under APEDA and Spices Board. It aims to provide the finest quality products to its consumers. 

VGEI is a member of The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) and Spices Board (Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India). It is certified by ISO 9001 2015 and FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India).

For decades, VGEI family has been producing one of the finest quality of rice in the south of India. Agriculture has been a way of life for VGEI family since generations and have been involved in domestic supply for over two decades. 

The company, was established in order to support international trade and commerce to meet with the current consumer demand. Quality and customer satisfaction has been a long-standing primary focus of the company.
